At Ham’s Martial Arts, we teach a traditional Japanese Karate developed in 1938 by Hironori Ohtsuka who studied Shindo Yoshin Ryu Jujitsu and Shotokan. Wado Ryu incorporates Taisabaki in its practise. Taisabaki is body shifting – moving just enough to do the attacks and defense with no wasted motion.
Welcome to our class location – St. Paul’s United Church at 454 Rebecca St., Oakville.
We teach children (6 and up) to adults. We have small classes in a friendly environment.
Something For Everyone!
Regular training in Karate develops mind, body and soul.
