Ham’s Martial Arts
Oakville
Registration for Fall session is now open.
Fall Session 2024 starts in September.
At Ham’s Martial Arts, we teach a traditional Japanese Karate developed in 1938 by Hironori Ohtsuka who studied Shindo Yoshin Ryu Jujitsu and Shotokan. Wado Ryu incorporates Taisabaki in its practise. Taisabaki is body shifting – moving just enough to do the attacks and defense with no wasted motion.
Welcome to our class location – Glen Abbey United Church at 1469 Nottinghill Gate, Oakville.
We teach children (6 and up) to adults. We have small classes in a friendly environment.
Beginners Welcome!
